The event takes place at Cappadocia Sunset Point in Cappadocia.

The balloons will have a total capacity of 1,000 guests.

- Entry without a ticket is not permitted.
- Dress code applies for the night event. Elegant-Casual is required for men. Black or white dress is required for women.
- Participants who are intoxicated or deemed to be under the influence of alcohol will not be accepted for balloon flights within the Global Sunrise Show per Civil Aviation Authority (SHGM) regulations. Breathalyzer tests may be conducted before flight. If alcohol is detected, safety instructions are not followed, or the responsible pilot/operations team determines a risk to flight safety, the participant will not be allowed on the balloon; no refund will be issued. As alcohol consumption before balloon flights is prohibited, participants are advised not to consume alcohol the day before the event.
- The event is 18+. Participants must carry a government-issued ID in physical form throughout the event.
- Event tickets are sold in limited capacity under a seasonal pricing model. Ticket prices may vary depending on capacity.
- Keep your ticket and the wristband issued at entry throughout the event.
- Tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove holders of tickets not purchased from official sales points from the venue.
- Participants who enter the venue may re-enter with the wristband issued at entry. If the wristband is lost, removed or damaged, the organizer reserves the right to deny re-entry.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
- Purchased tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, giveaways, promotions or other commercial or non-commercial purposes without written permission. Tickets used for such purposes will be cancelled and legal action may be taken.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to persons deemed unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
- The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
- The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the event area.
- Opened tobacco and tobacco products are not accepted in the event area.
- Non-prescription medication is not accepted in the event area. Participants who must take medication are required to present prescriptions to security at entry.
- Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted in the event area.
- Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not permitted in the event area.
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event.
- Professional photo and video shoots will be conducted by the organizer in the event area. By entering the venue, participants accept that these materials may be used in promotions and shared across all channels designated by the organizer.
- Spectators accept that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated after the event for return at the discretion of artist management.
- Bag and body searches will be conducted by security personnel at entry. For a safe and enjoyable night, security instructions must be followed.
- Flammable, explosive (deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), combustible, cutting or piercing tools, thermoses, motorcycle helmets and laser pointers are not permitted in the event area.
- The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen or personal belongings of participants.
- Pets are not permitted in the event area.
- Sound and lighting arrangements in the event area may cause temporary hearing and vision problems.
- Participants should exercise caution around effect devices used in the technical production, including fog machines, flames, fire, CO2 and laser lights.
